Yianni's Gyros Place

Really loved this place! Great side salad with the gyro plate, with great fries. Pork souvlaki was very good as well. Hard working folks serving several different cuisines (we only had Greek). Clean, organized location and attentive staff - only downside was the grape leaves were kinda dry - otherwise yummy place to eat.

First time here at this great neighborhood spot. You immediately can tell that it is a gathering place of people where home style food pulls them together. The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. All the staff are working hard to get food out and keep everything moving. I had the gyro pita with fries. The sandwich was good and served nice and hot. It included diced tomato and onions with tzatziki on the side. I am excited to return and try the platter with the grilled vegetables or the Greek salad instead of the sandwich. It was great to support a local restaurant instead of the chains that dominate in the area.

We got the Gyro sandwich with side salad and a falafel sandwich with fries. We could not put it down. We traded bites and finished every one quite quickly. So tasty. The ingredients were so fresh and had layers of flavor. My husband is the Gyro eater, and I always try bites....this is the best one I've ever had hands down. Extra sauce also! Hello! So good. The fries were also so crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We will drive across town to have this again.
