Definitely an arcade, for those who know the definition that's been in use (and still is) for several hundred years before its association with pinball or flashing lights: A series of arches supported by columns, piers, or pillars, either freestanding or attached to a wall to form a gallery. A series of arches employed for decorative purposes. A roofed passageway or lane, especially one with shops on one or both sides. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy the breeze, out of the sun and main walkway.

A sweet little area with a ton of charm. A unique area off of Larimer Square is accessed through a pass-through featuring a decorated ceiling adorned with figures in Colorado history. The square itself is a great photography shoot location and features a unique construction technique of using existing building walls. Felt a little like I had just discovered Diagon Alley. We visited too early to see the shade toleratant plantings, but sounds promising.

Definitely NOT a video arcade. Arcade in the sense that it's a cute group of shops and restaurants. I was looking for a video arcade but found a couple pedestrian blocks to stroll and enjoy.
