My friends and I had a absolutely wonderful experience. On day 2, Uchiko exceeded expectations. Our server, Miguel, was friendly, attentive, and entertaining. He offered plenty of suggestions, worked dikigently to accommodate my friends’ allergens and was very patient with the table. We had a few hiccups, but he gracefully managed and handled everything as an experienced fine dining server would! 5 stars! Additionally, I would compare the experience to Kizaki (A Michelin star Japanese sushi restaurant that my friends and I have been to quite a few times before) and this experience exceeded most of our visits to Kizaki. The chef de cuisine was very attentive and observative. Jack exceeded our expectations for our visit, accommodating our request for Hamachi Temaki even after happy hour (Which is crazy, we only inquired and gave up since it was after happy hour) but also delivering a lunch menu special with their Burger and beef fat fries. We left beyond stuffed, incredibly satisfied, and the whole experience felt very special. We’re sure to be back and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone else. Premonition: Michelin Star ?⭐️

Uchiko is an absolute standout. The food is exceptional, thoughtfully executed, and full of flavor without feeling overdone. From entries to desserts, every plate feels intentional and beautifully balanced. The sushi menu is especially impressive, with a wide, high-quality selection of fish that clearly reflects freshness and care. If you are a sushi lover, you will be very happy here. What truly elevated the experience was Chef Andres, who came to our table to explain the plates himself. His passion and attention to details made us feel genuinely taken care of and added a personal touch that made the night memorable. You can feel how grounded and intentional he is in the way he speaks about the food. Chef Andres brings heart, knowledge, and genuine hospitality to Uchiko's experience. Incredible food, warm service, and an overall dining experience that delivers on every level. Can’t wait to return! Note: Do not leave without trying the Beef Cheek. It is a can’t-miss dish and easily one of the highlights of the meal!

The delicious lunch was only surpassed by exceptional hospitality and service. Everything we got would make us come back for more. Started with brussels sprouts, which were perfectly dressed (not drowning), and had a great flavor. We then got one of the best/most unique wedge salads we've ever had. The miso ranch on it is insane. The burger was an 11/10, and alongside the beef fat fries and side of their charred onion aioli... I will be back for this alone. It was that good. Finished off with a great sorbet and the milk and cereal dessert. An outstanding meal with kind and attentive staff. This place will be packed and for good reason.
